Starting as a one-man business in 1991 Swan Digital has grown to a multi-discipline business serving the South East. Whether you just like your copier fixed or would like to obtain a new MFP with the assurance of a full Service and Consumables agreement we can help you.

• Consultancy and strategy planning We can help you decide which machine is best for you and your business.
  
  
• Networking If needed Swan Digital can install additional Network and Power points to your desired location.
  
  
• Delivery and Installation We will work with your I.T. Management to ensure the correct drivers are installed and assist with configuration including Scanning, Copier storage, Access permissions etc.

• Training and support All systems installed by us include initial training for your staff. Ongoing training and helpdesk services are always available.
  
  
• Ongoing maintenance and consumables agreement One call or email to our service department can obtain replacement toners, drums, transfer belts or other consumables
  
  All service callouts and labour are also included - we aim to fix your machine before the end of the next working day - usually sooner. Spare parts other than consumables can be included after the warranty expires.
• Finance We can arrange Lease Rental agreements for you. We are brokers for a number of Finance houses which means we can shop around for you to get you the best deal.
