Internet (VoIP) Telephone systems

If you’ve not yet upgraded your old analogue business telephone system to an internet based system NOW is the time to do so as BT / Openreach are committed to switching off the old service in 2025.

VoIP systems provide many advantages such as:

Free calls to standard UK Landline and Mobile numbers
Work from home Calls to your Office phone can be re-routed to your mobile so you don’t miss a call. Alternatively you can take your office phone anywhere you can plug it in to a router or network.
Individual Direct Dial numbers Each phone has it’s own Direct Dial number which you can give to people you want to be able to call you direct.
Call attendant. Press 1 for Sales etc.if required as standard.
Groups. You can set groups of phones to ring straight away or ring after a few seconds if no answer.
Individual Voicemail Callers can leave a voice mail after being put through if you aren’t available or choose not to answer. Voice mails can be emailed to you.
Caller ID Similar to your mobile phone callers can be added to a contact list so you can see who’s calling before picking up.
On Hold music or message Use provided music on hold or use your own (subject to copyright restrictions) or record your own message. Alternatively we can provide professionally recorded messages if you wish - ask for a quote.
Keep your existing numbers. Numbers can be “Ported” from your existing system to your new system so you don’t lose calls.
Call recording Calls may be recorded from the beginning even when part way through by pressing a couple of keys on your phone. Small extra charge.
Remote Extensions If you have a branch using the same system you can set users up as extensions as if in the same building.
